Marahau camp room 3 2015

On Tuesday the 5th room 3 went to camp Marahau.



We got in our cars to go to the recreation center. We stayed there for 2 hours
 Then we went to camp.
When we got to the Motueka Recreation Center our whole class split into 2 groups.

MY SWAG Similes

In writing we have been writing similes in our recounts 
to make them more interesting. 
here is one of mine.



She was as blind as a worm.
His hair was like thorns.
His muscles were like Hulk's muscles.
Her hair was like tubes.
His mouth was as wide as a pancake.

On friday the 6th of june 

Was cross country. We had to walk to Branford park for the race. On the starting line Dave shouted go!!! we set off at 5000 kmh a hour. 

Caleb s awesome camp

Camp was awesome. My favourite activity was raft building because we had to build a raft and sail two times around the island. We had to make the raft out of three ropes, three tyres and three planks . When a man shouted go we started building our raft. We got our boat into the water second. In the end our team came 2nd.
